Daniel fills the important role of Clinical Trainer for our technology and to support our customer base. Daniel joins us from another leading national medical technology company where he held a senior role in customer training and support.
With a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Dermal Therapies Daniel joins our team with 8 years clinical experience covering a wide range of laser, IPL and paramedical applications.
To support your clinics, Daniel will be concentrating on
- Design implement and present training seminars on aesthetic capital equipment
- Design theoretical and practical assessments to monitor competency
- Design support material for products
- Provide support to sales staff through training and product updates
Lyn Hartley Business and Logistics Manager
Lyn supports the sales and marketing team with additional roles in the planning and development aspects of Premetec’s business. She is the cheery voice you may hear when you call our offices for information, advice, supplies or customer support generally. Lyn has a strong business management and marketing background with stints as a university lecturer in Market research and analysis.
